They will be free for orders over 140€ and which do not exceed 10kg. Delivery time is 3-4 working days. This delivery time is counted from the moment the order leaves the facilities of Mistral Bonsai.
If the order takes a little longer to arrive, don't worry! Before sending the bonsai, we hydrate them and prepare them properly so that they can be stored for several days.
Orders placed before 12:00 a.m. will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 a.m. will be prepared and processed the next working day, so your delivery time increases by 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.
We don't want your bonsai to suffer during transport, that's why we reserve the right not to send the order on days that coincide with weekends, long weekends and/or public holidays. if we consider that it can negatively affect the bonsai's health . We will ship it the next working day.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
For the rest of the orders, the transport costs will be calculated when the basket is saved. These are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery address.
Some large volume and heavy weight products have an additional cost. This will automatically appear in your basket once you have entered the delivery address.
We do not deliver to Corsica, Reunion and other islands.
Opening hours of our facilities and public holidays 2023
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Holidays for the year 2023. On these days orders are not prepared in our warehouse and therefore they are delayed until the following working day:
