Delivery times in Portugal are usually 24/48 hours, depending on the destination town. This delivery time is counted from the moment the order leaves Mistral Bonsai's facilities.
If the order takes a little longer to arrive, don't worry! Before sending the bonsai we hydrate them and prepare them properly so that they can be preserved for days.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be prepared and handled the next working day, increasing your delivery time by 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We do not want your bonsai to suffer during transport, that is why we reserve the right not to send the order on days that coincide with weekends, long weekends and / or holidays, if we consider that it may adversely affect the health of the small tree. We will send it the next working day.
For other destinations, the estimated delivery time will appear once you have chosen the carrier and the country of destination.
Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday working days.

Monday to Friday from 9:00h - 13:30h and 14:30h - 18:00h
Public holidays for the year 2025
On these days no orders are prepared in our warehouse and are therefore delayed until the next working day:
December 2024: 6, 25 and 26 (No shipments on 24 and 31 December).
January: 1st and 6th
April: 18th and 21st
May: 1st
June: 24th
August: 15th
September: 11th
December: 8th, 25th and 26th (No deliveries on 24th and 31st December)
