They will be free for orders over €120 and no more than 10kg. Delivery time is 3-4 business days. This delivery period is counted from the moment the order leaves the Mistral Bonsai facilities.
If your order takes a little longer to arrive, don't worry! Before sending the bonsai, we hydrate it and prepare it properly so that it can be kept for several days.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 00:00 will be prepared and processed the next business day, so your delivery time is increased by 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
We do not want your bonsai to suffer during transport, so we reserve the right not to send the order on days that coincide with weekends, long weekends and/or holidays if we consider that it may negatively affect the health of the small tree. We will ship it the next business day.
Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
For the rest of the orders, the transport costs will be calculated when saving the basket. These are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery address.
Some large volume and heavy products have an additional cost. This will automatically appear in your basket once you have entered the delivery address.
We do not ship to Corsica, Reunion and other islands.
Our warehouse hours and non-working days
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Bank holidays for 2026
During bank holidays and eve of bank holidays, orders are not processed in our warehouse, so shipments will be handled on the next working day:
December 2025: days 6, 25 and 26 (On 24 and 31 of December, there is no delivery service)
January: day 1 and 6. (On 5th January, no shipments will be processed)
April: days 18 and 21
May: day 1
June: day 24
August: day 15
September: day 11
December: days 7, 8, 25 and 26 (On 24 and 31 of December, there is no delivery service)
