Shipments in 24/48 hours. Spain (peninsula)
Delivery times in Spain (peninsula) are usually 24/48 hours, depending on the destination town. For the Balearic Islands the estimated delivery time is 24/72h. This delivery time is counted from the moment the order leaves the Mistral Bonsai facilities.
If the order takes a little longer to arrive, don't worry! Before sending the bonsai, we hydrate them and prepare them properly so that they can be preserved for days.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be prepared and processed the next business day, so your delivery time increases by 24 hours. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays are processed the next business day.
For other destinations, you will see the estimated delivery time once you have chosen the carrier and the country of destination.
Deliveries are usually Monday through Friday working days.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Our warehouse hours and non-working days 2025
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Holidays for the year 2025
On these days no orders are prepared in our warehouse and, therefore, they are delayed until the next business day:
December 2024: days 6, 25 and 26 (On 24 and 31 of December, there is no delivery service)

September: day 11
