Shipping will be free for orders over 140€ and not exceeding 10 kg for Northern Ireland, the Netherlands and Italy.
For the rest of the orders the transport costs will be calculated when you save the shopping bag. These are calculated by the weight of the products and by the delivery address.
Some products of large volume and weight have an extra cost. This will automatically appear in your shopping bag once you have provided the shipping address.
Delivery times in Northern Ireland, the Netherlands and Italy are usually 4-6 working days, depending on the destination. This delivery time is counted from the moment the order leaves the Mistral Bonsai facilities.
If the order takes a little longer to arrive, don't worry! Before sending the bonsai, we hydrate them and prepare them properly so that they can be kept for days.
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be prepared and shipped the next working day, so your delivery time increases by 24 hours. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays are prepared the next business day.
We do not want your bonsai to suffer during transport, therefore we reserve the right not to send an order on days that coincide on weekends, long weekends and/or holidays if we consider that it may negatively affect the little tree’s health. We will ship it the next working day.
For other destinations, the estimated delivery time will appear once you have chosen the carrier and the destination country.
Deliveries are usually from Monday to Friday working days.

Opening hours and non-working days 2023
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Holidays for the year 2023. On these days orders are not prepared in our warehouse and, therefore, they are delayed until the next business day:
