When the package arrives at your local branch, Dachser will contact you, primarily by telephone, to arrange a delivery date and time.
You must confirm this appointment, as without your confirmation, they will not be able to make the delivery.
Delivery is made on a pallet and at street level.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received a call, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
In case of return
If the order is returned to our facilities, we will check the condition of the plants and refund the value of the products according to their condition.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded, but we will always do our best to offer you the best solution.
