Remember that this category does not include plants or bonsai (as established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, supplies of goods that by their nature can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal).
It is very important that the products are kept in their original packaging as much as possible in order to return its full amount.
If you only want to return one of the items included in the order, we can reimburse you for the price of the item, but not the costs related to transport.
