If any of the non-perishable products you have received does not convince you, you have up to 14 calendar days to return it. As soon as we receive the product, we will proceed to the refund in the same payment method with which you made the purchase. You can process the return through this form.
Remember that this category does not include plants or bonsai (as established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, supplies of goods that by their nature can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal).
It is very important that the products are kept in their original packaging as much as possible in order to return its full amount.
If you only want to return one of the items included in the order, we can reimburse you for the price of the item, but not the costs related to the shipment to our facilities.
If when you received the order you observe that the product did not arrive in good condition, please, detail this information on the delivery note to the carrier and contact us through this form within 24h / 48h following receipt of the parcel to proceed with the claim.
In the event that the client rejects the parcel, once it reaches our facilities again, the amount paid of the products will be reimbursed, reserving the right to charge the cost of return to the client.
